SEO Agreement 2018  Introduction: 

As you know, the purpose of any business is to attract quality traffic to their website in order to expose the products to customers, especially when they are in search of solutions. 

Organic SEO on Google is the most important tool as it is perceived to be more reliable than AdWords funded advertising. 

The higher your website is rated in the relevant search, the more likely customers will click on it and, of course, will turn to you. 

Activity of this kind is not a simple task and, in order to perform it correctly without failure, one must have professional knowledge and vast experience. One must remember that your competitors are also making every effort to promote their websites; while using professional help, your site will receive more traffic than those not promoted or that are promoted by amateurs. 

As I have successfully advanced many sites to high locations (not just to the first pages but also to first ratings), I make every effort to use all my knowledge and experience to advance your website to appear on Google’s first pages. I cannot guarantee that all the keywords will result in the first page but the larger part of the words will appear on the first page of Google.
 
Work content:
 
1.     Adding the website to dozens of indexes in the major search engines in the US and abroad.
 
2.     Including the website to Ibdesign links exchange program.
 
3.     Submitting Sitemap to Google + site verification every two months.
 
4.     Adding keywords and different descriptions to each page.
 
5.     Writing Titles, H1 and adjusting web pages with search (key) words.
 
6.     Adding internal links on the website, keywords on each page and external links.
 
7.     Building a links system and exchanging links between websites related to the field.
 
8.     Connecting the website to Google Analytics’ system to examine advanced statistics. Performing analysis of all inputs of each viewer (words he/she wrote, new user entry, location of viewer, page viewed, etc.)
 
9.     Instructional session with the client regarding data validation and statistical testing.
 
10.  Selecting important keywords according to the client’s request.
 
11.  Free monitoring for Google software.
 
12.  Adding external links to Facebook solely from the client’s account.
 
13.  Buying articles and requesting targeted texts from the client as needed.
 
14.  The clients and Irit choose more words in each section to promote.

 Payment for Organic SEO: 
Organic SEO
3 options :
 
      Monthly payment of $400 (“retainer sum”) for 10 key words. 
      Monthly payment of $450 (“retainer sum”) for 15 key words. 
      Monthly payment of $500 (“retainer sum”) for 20 key words. 

( * Usually more key words reach the first page in google )
* One year liability payment of the retainer sum will be paid every month with a commitment to one year.

Declaration and liability of the parties; the parties clearly state and undertake the following:
 
1.     The client clearly knows that the promotion of the website depends on a large number of parameters including the contents of the website, which depend also on the client.
 
2. Irit Blumenthal will perform all professional actions necessary to advance the website as specified above.
 
3.   The client declares and warrants that Irit Blumenthal is not liable for the organic SEO resulting in the website appearing first or on the first page in all of Google’s searches or on any of the other websites.
 
4. The client knows and is clear that once the promotion process stopped there is no guarantee to maintain positions on Google.
 
5. The client knows that the process of organic SEO takes between one to eight months and some of the words will be promoted only after eight months. Some after 3 months and some after one year
 
6. The client knows and it is clear to him that there is no guarantee of phone calls or sales through the website but only to advance keywords on Google.
